Daniel Loher is a Munich based award-winning cinematographer and filmmaker. His field of work covers narrative storytelling for cinema and television, commercials, music videos and documentaries. Daniel is adventurous and dedicated with a good sense of team spirit. He has been shooting in countires all over the world. After having worked as a steadicam operator in the industry for over 12 years, Daniel made his debut as a cinematographer with the award winning shortfilm „Outlier“, (2014) starring Miriam Margolyes (Harry Potter), Jean Marsh (Return to Oz), Antje Traue (Man of Steel) and Ed Stoppard (The Pianist). He is constantly expanding his cinematographic skills and always up to date with the latest filmmaking technology. His passion, experience, and his eye for detail have contributed to make him an internationally valued steadicam operator and cinematographer. Daniel studied film in Los Angeles and London. For his thesis-film in 2004, the London Film School awarded him with a distinction in cinematography. In 2015 Daniel graduated from the ASC Cinematography Masterclass in Hollywood.
